The number 004 means SAUCER.

In the World Memory Palace the number 004 (zero, zero, four) represents the country of Libya.

(Explanation: The number 004 can be read in three ways. Either "4", "04" or "004". But in a mnemonic context we always recommend reading this number in the manner "zero, zero, four".)

The first version (4) is covered by the mnemonic words Rye, ore, ire, hero ... etc. The second (04) by Sore sir ... etc. The third version (004) is covered by the word "saucer"- literally s, s, 4 - or: zero, zero, four.

(The advantage of using zeros in front is that you gain another set of 100 mnemonic words, in addition to the standard Major System mnemonic words. So whenever I mention the number 001 or 002 or 012 or 099, I mean the separate set of mnemonic images that start with the letter S or Z.)
