In the World Memory Palace the number 011 (zero, one, one) represents the country of Western Sahara.

(Explanation: The number 011 can be read in two ways. Either "11", or "011". But in a mnemonic context we always recommend counting all zeros, and reading this number in the manner "zero, one, one".)
The first version ("11") is covered by the mnemonic word tit ... etc. The second (011) by STOWED.
(The advantage of using zeros in front is that you gain another set of 100 mnemonic words, in addition to the standard Major System mnemonic words. So whenever I mention the number 001 or 002 or 012 or 099, I mean the separate set of mnemonic images that start with the letter S or Z.)
